Counselling through Coronavirus
During this difficult and unprecedented time, I am offering remote counselling through Skype, FaceTime and telephone counselling. Contact me here if you would like to arrange an assessment.
Life is full of challenges. At times we cope well, but at other times we need help, and talking to family members and friends can be difficult. At points like this, talking confidentially in a safe space to a professional counsellor can make a real difference.
Through a warm and supportive relationship, we will explore any difficulties you are having in your life right now. We will also look back into your past, to try to understand patterns of behaviour that might not be quite so effective for you today.
By exploring feelings and experiences and building self-awareness, we will work together to move towards a positive change for the future.
Thanks to Gaynor's patience and guidance, I was able to challenge long-held perceptions that were no longer benefitting – or ringing true – to me. She really helped me through a difficult period in my life and the things I learned in our time together seem to have stuck permanently.
Counselling can help with many areas of life, including:
• Low self-esteem
• Self confidence
