Thanks to Gaynor's warm and caring attitude, she really helped me work through the problems in my life. She helped me look clearly at myself, gave me skills to see my life through different eyes and gave me the confidence to believe in myself. Our sessions made me feel safe and that I could talk to her about any issues I was having. Our sessions gave me a new lease of life and enabled me to unburden the hurt I was feeling.
